Ok. For all non-americans, you can listen to the tampa broadcast (http://www.620wdae.com/cc-common/hdradio/) using a proxy.
In firefox, click tools, options, then select the network tab. Click settings. Select manual proxy config, and put in the proxy and port. (137.99.11.86 on port 3128 works)
Then load up the tampa radio link (included above).
After the radio popup opens, you can turn the proxy off to speed up your connection.

i live in FL and get local tampa games and yes the announcers are obnoxious. i'm watching the sens game and missing ruutu on the pens already.
In IE 6.x, click Tools, Internet Options, Connections tab, and then (unless you are on dial-up) click the Lan Settings button. Set it to use a proxy server and put in the same proxy IP and port.
