Born in the Fall of 1992, Bubba found his way to a Penguins fan's home.
Tragically, 2 months before his 16th birthday, Bubba has passed.
He never experienced a Cup win.
But at least he experienced the Evolution.
We dedicate the upcoming blogging season to Bubba the cat.
You never know.
This picture may come up huge for a Game 7 in May.

i was a bit torn on who to root for, but i couldnt go against the bucs once i was there.
i like to see them do well, but this season the dbacks have a chance, so the db's win was for the better. good game.

We lost our black lab of 14 years in February, but we've just opened our doors to a chocolate lab over the weekend, so it's a bittersweet time.
Also, Edouard better get his ass moving. I have a layover in Houston tomorrow and I won't tolerate any of his shenanagans.
Growing up a hockey player and big time fan of the pens because of my cousin who played and coached. Even had the "honor" of coaching Bugsy and Umburger, lost his dog mooch, a couple of months ago. Mooch was a diehard pens fan. Would always watch the games on tv and when my cousin would leave the house he would have to put on one of those older games so mooch could watch God play hockey.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Bubba been in a post before?
I remember him looking at the computer screen or something along those lines. I don't have the patience needed to sift through all of the old posts to find it.

No BS...my family's cat of 18 years just died about 2 weeks ago, and his name was BUBBA! He was black and white and sometimes sported a yellow collar so maybe he is the Pens-cat/pittsburgh sports cat that PDX Pens is looking for...

bubba was the name of my grandpaps golden retriever... what a great and under-utilized pet name... bubba>spike/buster/etc.

i have a PensDog, she sports her black and gold proudly.. shes our new puppy after we had to put our great dane to sleep in november. she's a mastiff so she's going to be FRICKIN HUGE. i cant wait. i already have children running away from me when i take her for walks.

I think some cats just like hockey. My cat is 15 and I picked him out as a youth because he's black with yellow eyes. He sits on my lap and follows the puck the whole time. He probably thinks it's a fun toy, but I like to think he can talk to the hockey gods.
