I Have Kasparaitis, last night you asked about why the women's jerseys are so much cheaper than the men's. It's because they're made more cheaply, which you only learn in the fine print. They silkscreen the name, numbers, and logo rather than stitching them, and the fabric may also be different. Which is ridiculous if you ask me.
Here's the kicker - those asinine pink jerseys are stitched. The NHL is so weird...they understand that they have a substantial female fanbase, but they completely screw up understanding what we want to buy. Why would we want some cheap-ass piece of shit or a Pepto nightmare instead of a nice jersey in my team's colors?
i have a girls (kids) jersey and everything is stiched on, not screenprinted... i got it at dicks at the beginning of the season for $100...but when I went to buy it, there were 2 other versions, which were about 20.00 cheaper or so, and they were def screen printed. The pens logo was also a lot lower or higher on the shirt.

I also got a kid's jersey, but online, so I had no idea it was gonna be screen-printed. I was so pissed when I got it in the mail, because I wanted to get a number kit for it, but it'll look dumb with screen-printed logos and stitched name and numbers. I have an old early-90s-esque kid's jersey, and the logo is stitched on, go figure.

That wasn't Therrien's mistake it was the Ref's telling him that the Flyers were going to be down 2 men then changing their minds but not allowing Therrien to change lines.
Doc, did you not hear the report about the last minute of the game and why MT had Sid & co. out? The refs told him we were going to have a 5-on-3 and he figured pulling Fleur for 6-on-3 we might have a chance to tie it up. Then after everybody was sent out they came back and said no 5-on-3 and he couldn't change the lineup. So he got screwed over.
