Tonight's the Night

Hell, it feels like it's opening night all over again. Hopefully, Malkin is the reincarnation of Morozov, in terms of Martin Brodeur ownage.

...Post-Gazette talks about Malkin's immediate heavy workload for the Pens...

...Michel Ouellet waiting for his turn to jump up onto the top two lines...

...Flyers place Petr Nedved, Nolan Baumgartner and Niko Dimitrakos on waivers following the 9-1 loss to Buffalo. Hmmm, Petr Nedved. Never mind, he's making $2.5 million this year...

...Like we stated last night, we knew this was coming: Magnitogorsk sues NHL and Pittsburgh Penguins...

...The Bellowing Moose, NBCSports.com's resident hockey expert, talks about NHL scheduling changes rumored for next year...

...Another NBCSports.com article, this one about Ovechkin's mirrored visor and Fleury's bright yellow pads...

...NBCSports.com explodes today with yet another article, this one about the implications of Malkin playing for the Pens this year...

After tonight, we can finally use pictures of Malkin in a Pens uniform.
